Here’s my status report through the end of April:
- 1,709 miles on the bike since I started on December 11 – 309 miles ahead of schedule!
- Now riding 20-30 miles per ride, four times a week. Also throwing in a 40 or 50 mile ride at least once a week. (I had four rides this month of 40 miles or more.)
- Working out with heart rate in the 140-150 bpm range.
- Resting heart rate was 50 beats per minute last time I checked.
- Weight is 202 pounds (down slightly). I want to get to 195 by my first century in June.
- General health is good.
Status is still very good. Now I just need to keep it up!
